What is the House Copper and Cookware Shipping Policy?
Purchases are processed and shipped from our office in Wisconsin, and should arrive within fourteen business days from receipt of your order. We are a small family owned and operated business and hand-inspect every item that goes out. Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge and weight for each delivery address. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
For an additional $30 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations so that the item(s) arrive within five business days from receipt of your order. We regret that this service is not available for some heavier items, out-of-stock items, or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
At this time, House Copper and Cookware cannot ship internationally.

A: Yes. House Copper & Cookware LLC works very hard to ensure your kitchenware pieces are made well. Each piece is hand-inspected when it arrives from the local artisans, and we try to make sure your purchase will ship safely. Upon receipt of your item(s), please inspect your package within two (2) days and contact us at email@example.com if there is any damage.
You may return your purchase within ten (10) days of receipt of the product for a refund of the product value if the return meets our requirements. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Download the complete Return Policy for any further information.

What is this, the Wild West? Of course we have guidelines. You may not submit copyrighted images or other content unless you own the copyright to such content, or have the express authorization of the copyright owner to do so.
