Sara’s love of cookware has generated a forthcoming non-fiction book, currently titled FLAME, and is planned for publication in 2018. It will include an approachable history of the main three types of cookware materials: iron, copper and clay. You’ll also get a glimpse of the science of cookware – how metals work with heat and how that helps you cook or bake – as well as insider scoops from cookware artisans, collectors and manufacturers from around the world.
