When I'm not hunched over a computer writing or over a fire doing coppersmithing, I'm in the garden or hiking/biking with the kids and husband. Or chasing chickens. Or bees. Or runaway cucumbers...

Description

The amount of copper used in this cookie sheet is tremendous! This extremely heavy copper cookie sheet weighs in over 8lbs, and is made from 3mm thick copper. One side is hand-hammered over the anvil to a 45-degree angle to allow for an easier grip to pull from the oven. The cookie sheet is hand-wipe with food-safe tin made in Iowa.

The measurements are roughly 12″ x 18″, including the hammered angle.

As these cookie sheets are lined with tin for it’s food safe and non-stick qualities, these cookie sheets cannot be used for broiling and should not be used over 400F.

Hand-wash only. Avoid using sharp or metal utensils.
