When I'm not hunched over a computer writing or over a fire doing coppersmithing, I'm in the garden or hiking/biking with the kids and husband. Or chasing chickens. Or bees. Or runaway cucumbers...

Sara, here

$55.00

Our crocks are individually hand spun on a wheel by a single artisan in Wisconsin, thereby making each crock slightly unique with its own individual characteristics. Each has a matching lid (not airtight) included.

Description

The crocks are fired with hand-painted blue stripes and thick sided to stave off chipping. These are great for some fermenting recipes, as they keep the contents dark and cool. Pottery is ideal for insulating contents from sun and heat.

3 3/4″ diameter
6″ tall
2.25 lbs

To ensure your crock retains proper properties, please avoid extreme and / or quick temperature changes. Do not transfer from a very hot to a very cold environment.

The crock is dishwasher, microwaves and oven safe.
