When I'm not hunched over a computer writing or over a fire doing coppersmithing, I'm in the garden or hiking/biking with the kids and husband. Or chasing chickens. Or bees. Or runaway cucumbers...

Description

The quarter sheet copper cookie sheet is built with heavy copper, smelted in Texas. The sides are high, allowing for these to be used for more than just cookies. These cookie sheets are hand-wiped with-tin using food-grade tin made in Iowa, and are therefore food safe, though using parchment paper will extend the tin’s life.

Quarter Sheet dimensions: 13″ x 9″ x 1″ (the sides are 1″ high and hand-sanded)

Please note the hand-wiped tin will not allow you to use these cookie sheets for broiling. Oven temperatures over 400F are not recommended.

Hand-wash only. Avoid using metal utensils.
