When I'm not hunched over a computer writing or over a fire doing coppersmithing, I'm in the garden or hiking/biking with the kids and husband. Or chasing chickens. Or bees. Or runaway cucumbers...

Sara, here

Hi everyone!

As 2021 continues to roll in, I wanted to let you all know that I’m taking a hiatus from writing regular blog posts. Not because I don’t have anything more to say (you know I always have LOTS to say) about copper, cookware, cooking, and more – but because I simply have too much to do in the metal shop these days (plus keeping up with the family, etc).

I’ll still post occasionally – especially if there’s some fun media placements, but if you want to keep up with me, I do post regularly, several times a week, on Instagram. You can find me @housecopper and the posts there are like mini blog posts anyway. Some science, some history, some how-to, and more! You can also listen in on the Cookware Doctor podcast, found most places podcasts are available – and submit your own questions by clicking HERE.

Or, head over to House Copper’s YouTube channel, subscribe, and watch some cooking and coppersmithing and metalsmithing on the small screen!

Until we speak next time!
