When I'm not hunched over a computer writing or over a fire doing coppersmithing, I'm in the garden or hiking/biking with the kids and husband. Or chasing chickens. Or bees. Or runaway cucumbers...

Sara, here

You know it’s all about that egg, right? Well, it is spring. And I do have chickens. And one of the things I miss most by living a Nutritarian lifestyle is not being able to have eggs every single day. Because I love them. So when I was asked to provide an egg recipe for the Epoch Times, I pulled out a family egg salad recipe, and had an excuse to make some (and eat some) as well as take some yummy photos.

This recipe also has a family “secret” ingredient – Beau Monde seasoning. Go look for it. Put it on egg salad, potato salad, tuna salad, chicken salad. You’re welcome.
