Q: What is the House Copper & Cookware Privacy Policy?
So glad you asked! The short of it is we use your personal information only for providing the Site improvement and providing you with products. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, especially in regards to comments made on the blog or purchase completion.

Q: What is the House Copper and Cookware Shipping Policy?
Purchases are processed within three (3) days, and shipped from our office in Wisconsin, and should arrive within twenty business days from receipt of your order.
Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge and weight and distance for each delivery address. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
For an additional $30 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations so that the item(s) arrive within five business days from receipt of your order. We regret that this service is not available for some heavier items, out-of-stock items, or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
We are a small family owned and operated business and hand-make and hand-inspect every item that goes out. We hope you find joy in the craft!
