What is the House Copper and Cookware Shipping Policy?
Purchases are processed and shipped from our office in Wisconsin, and should arrive within fourteen business days from receipt of your order (please do not count the day the order is made or Saturdays, Sundays and holidays against the 14 days – we don’t work weekends so we can hang with our kids!).
We are a small family owned and operated business and hand-make and hand-inspect every item that goes out. Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge and weight and distance for each delivery address. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
For an additional $30 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations so that the item(s) arrive within five business days from receipt of your order. We regret that this service is not available for some heavier items, out-of-stock items, or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
At this time, House Copper and Cookware cannot ship internationally.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website located at www.housecopper.com and all other sites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms, and tools where these Terms & Conditions appear or are linked (collectively, the “Site”). Not that I’d ever want to use it, but does House Copper and Cookware have a return policy?
A: Yes. House Copper & Cookware LLC works very hard to ensure your kitchenware pieces are made well. Each piece is hand-inspected when it arrives from the local artisans, and we try to make sure your purchase will ship safely. Upon receipt of your item(s), please inspect your package within two (2) days and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any damage.
You may return your purchase within ten (10) days of receipt of the product for a refund of the product value if the return meets our requirements. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Download the complete Return Policy for any further information.
